Greenleaf Ranked High for Effectiveness

GovNetPa.com, a legislative information service, has ranked Sen. Greenleaf as fourth most effective lawmaker among all Pennsylvania Senate and House members in the 2005-2006 legislative session in terms of prime-sponsored bill that have been enacted into law. 

Since the 1989-1990 legislative session, Sen. Greenleaf has prime-sponsored 90 bills that became law.  The senator is consistently ranked among the top five most effective lawmakers since the 1995-1996 legislative session, according to GovNetPa.com, which has given permission to provide the following information on Sen.
