Celebrating 104… Senator Greenleaf presented a Senate Citation to Evelyn Gernet of Willow Grove in honor of her 104th Birthday.

Flood Control… State Senator Stewart J. Community Night 2010:  Senator Greenleaf once again hosted a Community Night for the constituents of the 12th District in Lukens Park, Horsham Township.  Nearly 1,500 people gathered to take advantage of the vendors from various state agencies and community organizations and the services offered through the Senator’s district office. June 7, 2010 - Senator Greenleaf, along with Corrections Secretary, Jeffrey Beard, discuss the importance of quality early childhood education during a press conference at the Capitol held by Fight Crime, Invest in Kids, a non-profit organization that advocates for crime prevention through education and after school programs.
  

Ani Peckjian, a senior at Lower Moreland High School, served as an intern in Senator Greenleaf’s District Office as part of her senior Community Action Project.
 

June 3, 2010 - Senator Greenleaf helped secure $54,000 in funding to assist Artman Lutheran Home in Ambler, PA install solar panels that will heat a significant portion of the facility’s hot water.  With the Senator is Luanne Fisher, President and CEO of Liberty Lutheran Services.

May 21, 2010 - Senator Greenleaf, along with Pennsylvania Secretary of Aging John Hall, spoke during a celebration held for Centenarians, those 100 years of age or older, at Brittany Points Estates in Lansdale.  The event was sponsored by ACTS Retirement-Life Communities and Montgomery County Aging and Adult Services, among other organizations.
