Senator Greenleaf visits the Horsham Township Police Department to see the new Emergency Operations Center purchased through a $5,000 Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development grant sponsored by the Senator.  The center will serve as the primary emergency management location during any natural or man-caused disaster.  In the photo, Chief of Police, Robert H.
