October 2009—Senator Greenleaf enjoys a day of paddling Pennsylvania’s Lehigh River.  In 2005, the Senator helped obtain federal funding to relocate a public access road on top of Francis E. Walter Dam as well as worked with the Army Corps of Engineers to help provide for more water releases from the dam to benefit white water rafting and recreation.
