March 2013 – During an appearance on Comcast Newsmakers, Senator Greenleaf talks about Senate Bill 83, his legislation which would authorize the operation of low speed electric vehicles on certain roadways in the Pennsylvania.  The bill has passed the Senate and has moved to the House of Representatives for their consideration.
